I needed a Flat Roof replacement for my business and called 3 companies for quotes. Although they had the highest base bid, the potential "variable" costs were easy to understand and the total potential end cost was the absolute lowest. I talked to a couple of people who had work done by Roofing Innovations and were pleased by they work and pricing. The work was finished September 14th and I now have a 20 year warranty. Once other item that impressed me was they used 5.2" of R-30 value insulation, which far exceeded the other 2 quotes. Very Pleased!
